Description

The HOBART PREMAX AUPT is a premium high-capacity double-rack hood-type/pass-through dishwasher and utensil washer designed for hotels, restaurants, hospitals, catering facilities and high-volume commercial kitchens. Its extra-wide wash chamber can process two 500 × 500 mm racks simultaneously, delivering up to 140 racks per hour. Advanced systems including automatic soil removal, SENSO-ACTIVE resource management, ROTOR-X wash arms and POWER-PLUS provide powerful washing while reducing water and chemical consumption.
